Does it need to be more complicated ? We don't think so.

How does this work?
Simply note brands you see unsolicited ads from — and stop purchasing products or services from them.

How to keep track of the brands?
Use anything convenient for you, it may be paper & pen, it may be a text file, a note app, anything you like.
What's important is to have it handy — and that it is reasonably 'searchable' to lookup brands when you need it.

Yes — after about 6 months of logging brands, the average number of brands in the community members is about 167.

Is this workable on a daily basis?
Yesgradually, you will know the key brands that subject you most to their unsolicited ads in your everyday life, and you will be find positive solutions to avoid purchasing from them.
